St. Margarethen/AUT: Bronze for Dante's Creek
In the Austrian National Dressage Championships, the Dante Weltino OLD son and his rider Walter Seidl win the bronze medal.
The ten-year-old Austrian stallion by Dante Weltino OLD (breeder: Anna Kufner) and his rider Walter Seidl collected 137.69 percentage points after two competitions. At the start, the pair had placed fourth in the Grand Prix, and in the Freestyle, Dante's Creek and Walter Seidl placed third (71.81 percent).
Danestos, also a son of our Dante Weltino OLD, also won bronze. The eight-year-old Westphalian bred by Reinhard Geers and his rider Manuel Springhetti competed in the Small Tour. The pair placed second in the Prix St. Georg (71.491 percent) and third in the Intermediaire I (71.272), resulting in a total score of 142.763 points.
The Austrian Junior Championships were won by Fanny Jöbstl and her 13-year-old Oldenburg mare Simsalabim OLD (by Sean Connery, breeder: Bernhard Schrapper). With victories in both competitions (73.108 and 72.588 percent), the pair totaled 145.696 points.
