Seraphin is an extremely worthy representative of his performance-saturated dam line, which also produced Semmieke Rothenberger's U25 double European champion Flanell and the jumper Quinaro, who was successful in Nations Cups and Grand Prix competitions.

Through his sire So Unique (premium stallion, stallion market price topper, Bundeschampion and already S-winning under Olympic multi-champion Isabell Werth) and his grandsire, the three-time dressage horse world champion Sezuan, the blood of the influential Olympic stallion Zack comes to bear - here in an almost ingenious combination with the lines of Donnerhall, Contender and Rubinstein.

The dam Basta de Jeu also produced Horizonte de Jeu (by Voice), who was victorious up to Grand Prix level.

She is a half-sister to the two internationally successful horses Cicero de Jeu (by Tuschinski) and Wench de Jeu (by Jazz), who in turn became the dam of Ché de Jeu (by Voice), who placed in the international small tour. The Basta de Jeu half-sister Zulu de Jeu (by Jazz) is the dam of the Grand Prix horse Bialik (by Wonderboy).

The third dam Mandoline is a full sister to the licensed Grand Prix stallion Robin de Fontaines and the also licensed Donauwalzer.
She is also closely related to the premium stallion Oberon and the licensed stallions Gloriosus, Hirte and Waliser as well as the sport horse Elvive/Lyndal Oatley/AUS.
